OSPTI Exercise Training is a 4 week program featuring CORMAX applied training systems for individuals of all ages. With this highly innovative approach, OSPTI and the CORMAX training systems provide individuals of all abilities a safer approach to train for speed, power, and overall strength. Located at Breckenridge OSPTI Training Center.

From designing a personalized workout plan to providing ongoing motivation, and nutritional counseling. Personal trainers are dedicated to helping you achieve your specific goals safely and efficiently. Whatever your goal might be, having one on one instruction will allow you to turn weaknesses into strengths and, have fun mixing up your training sessions. You will also learn new exercises and how to hold yourself accountable to maximize your results!

Consider Baseline Testing: Get a baseline of your speed, strength, and agility during your first month or two of training. Baseline testing is recommended to repeat every 3-6 months.
